Tuesday’s cooking class was a blast. We learned out Mother Sauces, and made a few of those and others. I was told that my Stroganoff sauce was better than the chef’s!
I am blessed that there is a culinary school here in Phoenix that does evening courses for us ‘enthusiastic mmateurs’

I start Culinary school tonight. There is a school here in Phoenix, Arizona designed for passionate amateur chefs who don’t want to give up their day jobs. I’m looking forward to taking my skills to the next level.
