Dave Barnhart: I got sauced

If you knew me in my 20’s you may have known me as Barney Barnhart instead of Dave Barnhart.

Tuesday’s cooking class was a blast. We learned out Mother Sauces, and made a few of those and others. I was told that my Stroganoff sauce was better than the chef’s!

I am blessed that there is a culinary school here in Phoenix that does evening courses for us ‘enthusiastic mmateurs’
